VITALITY GARDENING is the first television show of its kind. It's the only hands-on, organic gardening show from an uniquely Aboriginal perspective. It's a smart, practical "how to" show for those viewers interested in taking greater responsibility for growing their own healthier foods and harvesting traditional foods and medicines from the wild.
