NUNAVUT QUEST (RACE ACROSS BAFFIN) (INUKTITUT)
Reviving their ancient traditions, 15 Inuit hunters and their families race their dog teams through the spectacular scenery of northern Baffin Island to recapture an element of their history and identity: The Nunavut Quest is a race which is part of a greater contest; that of Inuit traditions against the overwhelming forces of assimilated globalized culture. Excelling in courage and determination, two "southern" novices do their best to complete the trial.
