For Indigenous Peoples, language isn’t just how we express ourselves and interact with the world around us. Our languages connect us to our history, culture and identity in ways other languages cannot express. They are a key part of who we are, and they’re irreplaceable. That’s why keeping our languages alive is urgent undertaking that falls to us all.
Let’s reclaim them together.
