All requests for merchandise must be submitted through the online application process. Due to the large number of requests received, requests must be received within a minimum of 30 business days prior to the event date.

Notification

Within five working days of receipt, notice will be given to the organization entailing either one of the following:

  • If approved: you will receive notification by email or phone call. Arrangements will be made for pick-up or delivery of merchandise.
  • If denied: you will receive notification by email or phone call.
