Requests must be submitted through the online application process. Due to the large number of requests received, a proposal must be received within a minimum of three months (90 business days) prior to the event date.
In their proposal, successful applicants should include reciprocal benefits equivalent to the value requested. This can include event tickets/passes, advertising space in a program or on a website, tradeshow booth space, speaking opportunities and more.
You will be notified once your request is received, within ten (10) business days. If the sponsorship request is declined, you will be notified.
